Jeremy Waddell is an experienced operations and general manager with a robust background in manufacturing, project management, and team leadership. Currently serving as the General Manager at Thurston Group Limited since November 2020, Jeremy oversees a factory-based operation focused on Modular & Portable Cabins, managing key responsibilities in safety, quality, and human resources. Concurrently, Jeremy holds the position of General Manager at Actavo Building Solutions, providing oversight for multiple sites and contracts. Previously, Jeremy held senior roles at Harsco Corporation and Elliott Hire, where responsibilities included managing large teams, transport planning, and customer service delivery. Jeremy's career commenced in the HM Forces (Army), culminating in the rank of Regimental Sergeant Major, which laid the foundation for leadership and discipline in subsequent roles.
