Samyukta Mullangi

Medical Director at Thyme Care

Samyukta Mullangi has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Clinical Fellow at Aledade, Inc. In 2018, they joined Weill Cornell Medicine Dept of Health Policy and New York-Presbyterian Hospital as an Assistant Professor, with responsibilities including research on healthcare delivery transformation and serving as the academic director of a healthcare leadership program. During this time, they also worked as the Book Editor for "The Soul of a Patient," an anthology of essays by medical students. From 2020 to 2023, Samyukta served as a Hematology/Oncology Fellow at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In 2023, they took on the role of Medical Oncologist at Tennessee Oncology, as well as becoming the Medical Director at Thyme Care.

Samyukta Mullangi obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology and Creative Writing from Emory University. Later, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. Lastly, Samyukta attended Harvard Medical School to acquire a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
