Fred Thomas K.

Fred Thomas K. has extensive work experience in various roles within the defense and technology sectors. Fred Thomas currently serves as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at thyssenkrupp Marine Systems since October 2017. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Sales and Business Development at ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH from March 2016 to September 2017. Fred Thomas also held several leadership positions at Airbus Defence and Space, including Head of Product Management from April 2014 to February 2016, Head of Product Sales from July 2011 to March 2014, and Head of Global Sales from May 2007 to June 2011. Before joining Airbus, Fred worked as the Head of Competence Center Homeland Security at Siemens Business Services GmbH & Co. OHG from February 2005 to March 2009 and as a Corporate Key Account Manager NATO & EU at Siemens AG from January 2001 to January 2006. Fred Thomas began their career at Siemens Information and Communication Mobile Group, first as an Account-Manager Public Sector from April 1996 to September 1998 and later as the Head Of International Sales for Security Agencies from October 1998 to December 2000. Prior to their civilian career, Fred served as an Officer in the German Armed Forces, specifically in the 23rd Mountain Ranger Brigade from October 1983 to March 1996.

From 1985 to 1988, Fred Thomas K. attended Univeristät der Bundeswehr and obtained a degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
