Previously, Glen worked at thyssenkrupp Uhde Chlorine Engineers/thyssenkrupp Uhde as a Senior Process Engineer, where Glen was involved in basic and detailed engineering of industrial chlor-alkali electrolysis plants and hydrogen processing systems. Glen holds a degree in Energietechnik from RWTH Aachen University.
