Dr. Christian Renk

Dr. Christian Renk is currently the Head of Technology, Innovation & Sustainability at thyssenkrupp Uhde, overseeing development projects in fertilizer and green technologies since April 2019. With extensive experience in product management, Dr. Renk has previously led a team of 40 product managers and oversaw product strategies across the Chemical Process Technologies business unit. Prior roles at thyssenkrupp include TIS Coordinator for the Fertilizer Business Unit and Head of Product Development in Hydrogen & Nitrates. Dr. Renk's prior experience includes significant research and engineering roles at the University of Sydney, CNF & Associates, Jord International, and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, where Dr. Renk completed a PhD in Chemical Process Engineering.
