Eric Barber

Eric Barber is a seasoned professional in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as a Launch/Change Management Supervisor at thyssenkrupp since September 2020, after advancing from the role of Launch/Change Management Engineer. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at ThyssenKrupp Presta North America, where Barber held various positions including Production Team Lead Supervisor, responsible for developing and coaching a team, and Production Planner, focusing on weekly production plans and change management. Additionally, Barber has a background in continuous improvement engineering and sales operations from prior roles at ThyssenKrupp and Fastenal Company. Eric Barber holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management and Marketing from Indiana State University and was named Valedictorian at New Prairie High School.
