Rafik Dagdagui serves as the Regional CFO for thyssenkrupp's Industrial Solutions division, overseeing a multi-billion euro P&L and driving performance across various sectors, including Automotive, Chemical, Energy, and infrastructure in the EMEA region. With a strong track record in turnaround management, team development, and strategic transformation, Rafik has expertise in managing complex structures and aligning stakeholders to achieve growth. Previous roles include Finance & Performance Management at Accenture, where responsibilities included M&A, post-merger integration, and transformation initiatives, as well as Corporate Finance at KPMG Deutschland, focusing on due diligence and global transformation programs. Rafik holds an MBA from London Business School, a leadership program certificate from IMD, and a Master's degree in Business and Technology from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
