Sujit S. Bhalekar

Sujit S. Bhalekar has over 20 years of experience in various legal roles. SUJIT S. worked as Chief Legal Manager at Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions (India) Private Limited, providing comprehensive legal support to the business including contract management, due diligence, compliance, and litigation. SUJIT S. also set up contractual relations with legal firms and was responsible for civil and criminal cases pending in courts. Prior to that, Bhalekar served as a Legal Manager at Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, handling legal agreements for the logistics division and providing strategic legal advice to minimize risks. SUJIT S. started their career as an Assistant Manager-Legal at The Greater Bombay Co Operative Bank Ltd, where they were primarily involved in litigation cases in various courts and also worked as a Special Recovery and Sales officer appointed by the government.

Sujit S. Bhalekar earned a LL.B. Degree from the University of Mumbai from 1997 to 1999, focusing on Corporate Laws, Banking, and Society Laws. Additionally, they obtained a Master's Degree from the University of Mumbai from 1993 to 1995, specializing in Financial Accounting and International Economics. In 2019, they pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) in Competition Law from Kolhapur Uni.
