Susan Poon

Susan Poon serves as Chief Information Officer and Global Head of Data and Analytics at TK Elevator since June 2016, focusing on advancing the company's Digital Transformation strategy through data governance and business analytics. Prior to this role, Susan held multiple leadership positions at Rockwell Automation from May 2004 to May 2016, including Vice President of IT Business Partnership, where the emphasis was on enhancing IT service delivery and business value. Earlier, Susan was IT Director at Lucent Technologies from June 1999 to December 2004, overseeing various regional and global IT initiatives. Susan Poon earned Executive MBA degrees from both Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and HKUST Business School in 2005.
