James Kelley

James Kelley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in relationship management and retirement services. Currently serving as a Senior Relationship Manager at TIAA since June 2022, James leads a team focused on strategic business planning that aims to exceed institutional client expectations. Previously, James held similar senior relationship management roles at GuideStone Financial Resources and TIAA, demonstrating a consistent track record in administration, investment management, and consulting. Prior to TIAA, James held various leadership positions within the Employees' Retirement System of Georgia, including Deputy Director, where responsibilities included managing key retirement programs and ensuring effective operations. James began a career in retirement counseling with the Teachers Retirement System of Georgia. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Georgia State University.
