Janet Hehn

Janet Hehn serves as the Vice President and Human Resources Business Partner at TIAA since 2004, where responsibilities include providing strategic leadership in the development and execution of human resources solutions aligned with the organization’s institutional business plan. Previously, Janet held roles as an HR Business Partner at Intrado Inc and as an HR Generalist at Mountain States Employers Council from 2000 to 2003. Earlier experience includes working as a Consultant at Charles Schwab and serving as the Director of Human Resources. Janet Hehn holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, both from Colorado State University.
