Jeffrey Hickling

Jeffrey Hickling is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at TIAA-CREF since 2014, Hickling previously owned and operated ProReN LLC, providing process reengineering and management consulting services from 2012 to 2014. Prior experience includes leading as President of Ricoh US from 2008 to 2011, serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at IKON Office Solutions from 2005 to 2007, and holding significant roles at GE from 1993 to 2005, including General Manager of Electrical Components and Chief Operating Officer of GE Supply. Educational credentials include a BA in Physics and Mathematics from Colgate University, earned between 1973 and 1977.
