Jina Chetia

Jina Chetia is currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Application Development for Sales & Marketing at TIAA since September 2023. Previously, Jina held the position of Senior Manager, Program Architect at Salesforce from January 2018 to September 2023, where expertise was provided as a trusted advisor to customers for long-term value creation. As the Founder and Principal of Thinqloud from January 2016 to July 2018, Jina delivered cloud advisory and technology services, focusing on cloud implementation and application customization. Prior experience also includes serving as an Enterprise Solutions Architect at Eternus Solutions Private Limited from August 2011 to January 2016, where responsibilities included product design, building a Salesforce Center of Excellence, and mentoring aspiring architects. Jina holds an Advanced Programme degree in FinTech and Financial Blockchain from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Gauhati University.
