Kathy Hussain

Kathy Hussain is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Vice President and Head of TIAA Retirement Marketing at TIAA since February 2011, where responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads through B2B marketing funnels and enhancing retirement offer positioning. Prior to TIAA, Kathy held the position of Director of Schwab Institutional Retirement Plan Marketing at Charles Schwab from November 2006 to February 2011, focusing on marketing strategies to improve acquisition, adoption, and retention. Additionally, from June 2003 to November 2006, Kathy was the Director of Insurance Operations, Product Development, and Marketing for ICE Mortgage Technology, leading product development and business plans. Kathy Hussain holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a BA in Communications from the University of Lynchburg.
