Rakesh Madhavan

Rakesh Madhavan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in application development, test engineering, and project management. Currently serving as a Manager at TIAA since November 2016, Rakesh leads initiatives in microservices using Java Spring Boot, Jenkins, and MongoDB, and is proficient in data visualization through Tableau and chatbot development on the Teneo platform. Previously, Rakesh held the role of Technology Manager at Capgemini, focusing on client relationship management and project delivery. Rakesh's earlier positions include Test Engineering Architect at Bank of America and McKesson, as well as Technology Manager at NTT DATA Services, where responsibilities encompassed global QA team leadership and pre-sales support. Rakesh holds a Bachelor's degree from the National Institute of Technology, an MBA in Information Technology from ICFAI Business School, and is currently pursuing an Associate degree in Artificial Intelligence at North Carolina State University.
