Renu Vijayanand

Renu Vijayanand serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for TIAA in India since May 2024, leading the India People Team with a focus on transformation, culture, and strategic organizational initiatives. Previously, Renu held multiple senior roles at MUFG from May 2016 to April 2024, including Global Co-Head of Human Resources Business Partners and Head of Human Resources for the Global Capability Center in India, driving organizational transformation and global alignment. Renu's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Australia & New Zealand Banking Group, Crédit Agricole CIB, Lehman Brothers, Capgemini, Tech Pacific India Ltd., Larsen & Toubro, and Lakmé Ltd., with a strong emphasis on HR strategy, development, and management across various regions. Renu holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Mumbai.
