Sam Erickson

Sam Erickson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and desktop support roles. Currently serving as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst at TIAA since December 2022, Sam previously worked at BlackRock from October 2018 to September 2023, where responsibilities included positions as a Technical Support Engineer and Deskside Support Technician. Prior experience includes various roles at Apple from February 2010 to October 2018, including Genius, Inventory Specialist, and Red Zone Specialist. Sam holds an educational background from Brookdale Community College and Freehold Borough High School.
