Shawn Kiley

Shawn Kiley, MPA, CBCP, is a Senior Corporate Business Continuity Consultant at TIAA, where they focus on business continuity risk management. They previously worked as a Business Continuity Analyst at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, managing a portfolio of over 100 business unit-level continuity plans. Shawn has a diverse background in the service industry, having served as a server and trainer at Outback Steakhouse and Ruby Tuesday. Additionally, they contributed as a volunteer policy researcher for a local political campaign and gained experience as an intern for U.S. Representative Robert Wexler. Shawn holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Emergency Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University.
