Brian Gardepe

Brian Gardepe has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brian currently holds the role of EVP Technology, Strategy and Operations at Tiatros Inc., where they are involved in building products and services for mental healthcare. Prior to this, Brian worked as an Independent Advisor, providing guidance to various organizations and startup founders in the technology and business sectors. Brian also served as a Mentor in Residence at Techstars Dubai, where they selected and mentored startup founders. Additionally, Brian founded Wyr LLC (now Stratto LLC) in partnership with the Cisco leadership team and played a pivotal role in commercial building telecommunications infrastructure in Europe. Brian was also a Partner at Skyline Partners International LLC, assisting enterprise, private equity, and start-up teams in identifying strategic opportunities. Brian has held leadership positions at Open Range Communications, Level 3 Communications, and Knewko, where they were involved in strategy development, emerging technologies, and intellectual property commercialization. Brian is a founder and former CTO/VP of Engineering at Harmony Software, an analytics company. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated expertise in technology, business strategy, and mentorship.
