Indira Paharia has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Indira has held various leadership roles in prominent companies such as Tiatros Inc., EBG Advisors, Inc., Centene Corporation, Hillside Family of Agencies, Integra ServiceConnect®, Molina Healthcare, and Regence BlueCross BlueShield.

At Centene Corporation, Indira served as the Chief Operating Officer for Behavioral Health, where they achieved excellent employee engagement scores and exceeded both quality and financial targets through clinical program design and utilization management operations. Indira also set the Behavioral Health National Policy Agenda and interacted with federal government leaders. Additionally, they served as the Regional Vice President for Behavioral Health, overseeing operations and strategy for Centene's East Coast health plans.

Prior to their role at Centene, Indira was the Chief Practice & Performance Officer at Hillside Family of Agencies, where they were responsible for research and evaluation, program development, public grants procurement, and strategic planning. Indira also played a key role in the organization's transition into Medicaid managed care and value-based payment.

Before joining Hillside Family of Agencies, Indira worked as the Executive Vice President of Healthcare Strategy & Services at Integra ServiceConnect®, where they were responsible for corporate strategy, product development, quality, and marketing. Indira designed a community health worker model targeting high-risk Medicaid and Medicare members, resulting in cost reduction and improved quality scores.

Indira also gained valuable experience at Molina Healthcare, where they served as the Vice President of Clinical Programs and the Director of Behavioral Health & Integration. In these roles, they led national integrated clinical programs and successfully in-sourced behavioral health services, resulting in cost savings. Indira also played a crucial role in the development of the Medicare DSNP Model of Care, which received approval and recognition from CMS and NCQA.

Earlier in their career, Indira worked at Regence BlueCross BlueShield as an Assistant Director of Behavioral Health & Wellness. In this role, they directed operations and product design for worksite wellness and behavioral health management programs.

Currently, Indira holds the position of President at Tiatros Health in Tiatros Inc.

Indira Paharia has a diverse and extensive education history. Indira holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Lehigh University. Indira further pursued their education at the University of Denver, where they obtained a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree specializing in Clinical Psychology. Additionally, Indira completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Healthcare Management and a Master of Science (MS) degree in Healthcare Finance, both from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

In addition to their academic achievements, Indira has obtained several certifications including the Florida Psychologist License from the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH (expected in 2023), an Executive Leadership Certificate from Yale University (completed in 2021), an Executive Healthcare Leadership Certificate from Cornell University (completed in 2018), the Washington Psychologist License from the Washington State Department of Health (obtained in 2007), and the Pennsylvania Psychologist License from the PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH (obtained in 2001).
