Jerónimo Filgueira Risso

Jorge Rodriguez is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in debt capital markets and infrastructure investments. Currently serving as Managing Director at Marathon Capital since August 2019, Jorge previously held significant roles including Managing Director and Global Head of Infrastructure Debt at DWS Group, where a private infrastructure debt investment platform was successfully established with over $1.8 billion in capital and 60+ investments. Jorge's career includes prior positions as Managing Director at Aladdin Capital, where a closed-end fund for private market debt investments was launched, and at Dresdner Kleinwort, leading a financing platform focused on infrastructure in North America. Earlier roles include Vice President at BNP Paribas, where leverage and project finance in Power, Energy, Telecommunications, and Infrastructure were managed, as well as positions at Crédit Agricole CIB and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Jorge holds an MBA in Finance and Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
