Kadir Kaya is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the logistics and shipping industry. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer for TIBA in Turkiye since March 2024, Kadir previously held various leadership positions at ISS Global Forwarding from September 2018 to March 2024, including Regional CEO for Europe, CEO for Germany, and CEO for Turkey. Kadir's career began at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where roles spanned from Regional Manager Ocean to Country Manager for Turkey, focusing on profit and loss management and strategic development. Kadir has also held significant positions at Inchcape Shipping Services and Gökbora International, showcasing a proven track record in exceeding business budgets, driving operational expansions, and implementing change management initiatives across multiple regions. Kadir Kaya's academic credentials include participation in corporate governance and management programs at Harvard Business School and IMD, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
