Richard Nebel

Richard Nebel is the current president at Tibbar Plasma Technologies. Richard has also previously served as the president and CEO of Energy Matter Conversion Corporation from August 2007 to November 2010. Prior to that, Richard Nebel was a staff member at Los Alamos National Laboratory from August 1980 to August 2010.

Richard Nebel received their PhD in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Richard also holds an MS in Nuclear Engineering from the same institution, as well as a BS in General Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
