Pula Jayathilake

Pula (PJ) Jayathilake is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in logistics and project management. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at TIC Group since September 2016, PJ has effectively managed the project of relocating the Asset Recovery entity. Previously, as the Victorian Logistics & Warehouse Operations Manager at Vital Office Pty Ltd from August 2013 to August 2016, PJ collaborated with upper management to implement the BTS program and oversaw comprehensive inventory control. PJ's career began at SchoolBiz Australia Pty Ltd, where rapid promotion to Warehouse & IT Operations Manager occurred within 18 months due to exemplary performance. PJ holds a Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering Technology and an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from RMIT University, complemented by a high school education from S. Thomas' College - Mount Lavinia.
