Avril Copeland

Avril Copeland is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in physiotherapy and health management. As the Founder and CEO of Innerstrength Health from June 2013 to December 2023, Avril led a transformative organization acquired by Uniphar PLC. Prior to this, Avril served as a Chartered Physiotherapist at LauraLynn, Ireland's Children's Hospice from September 2012 to June 2014, and worked as a Physiotherapist at Beaumont Hospital from September 2010 to January 2014. Additional roles include Strength & Conditioning Coach at The Fitness Dock and Business/Tour Management for Anwa Music. Avril holds a B.Sc. in Physiotherapy from The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Belmont University, and a Diploma in Media Production from Technological University Dublin.
