Milana Weil has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. In 2015, they were a Marketing Intern at LANACO Company, where they translated company documentation into English, wrote and published news articles, and assisted in creating marketing materials. In 2016, they worked as a Salesperson at Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern, providing outstanding customer experience including serving food and beverages. At Ticket Attendant, they began as a Customer Service Representative in 2016, managing incoming support requests from customers and providing real time technical support. Milana then became a Client Support Specialist, developing and maintaining client relationships, communicating with customers regarding technological product concerns, and researching reported technical client issues. In 2019, they were promoted to Sales and Client Services Manager, building and developing business processes, determining KPIs, and supervising the Operations team. Currently, they are Director of Client Relations, Sales and New Business Development at Ticket Attendant. Additionally, they are a Partnership Success Coordinator at DISQO, where they analyze data to monitor campaign health status, coordinates deployment of partnership success campaigns, and provides ongoing optimizations of partner campaigns.

Milana Weil obtained a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics from Rasmussen University between 2016 and 2018. Milana also obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from Banja Luka College of Communications Kappa Phi between 2011 and 2014.
