Mateusz Drachal has a diverse work experience in the ticketing industry. Mateusz currently holds the role of Head of Operations at TicketCo since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at TicketCo AS from 2019 to 2023 as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for managing the international CS department. Before that, they served as a Customer Success Agent at TicketCo AS from 2016 to 2023. Mateusz also gained experience in event production and support as a Stagehand and event support at Peersen Production AS & PS! Crew from 2015 to 2023. Mateusz held a senior role as a Senior Operations Manager at Eventim Polska Sp. z o.o. from 2010 to 2015. Mateusz started their career as a Project Manager at eBilet Sp. z o.o. from 2001 to 2010.

Mateusz Drachal obtained a Bachelor's degree in National Security Policy Studies from Szkoła Wyższa im. Pawła Włodkowica w Płocku, from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2006, they studied Political Science and Government at the University of Warsaw.
