Emma McLay

Emma McLay has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the APAC region at Ticketmaster since 2011, following roles as Human Resources Manager for Australia & New Zealand, and EA Operations & HR Project Manager. Emma's prior experience includes a position as a Scientist at Genetic Technologies Limited and a Research Assistant at Murdoch University. Additional experience includes working as an Assistant Manager at Automotive Holdings Group from 2002 to 2006. Emma's educational qualifications include a CPHR in Human Resources Management from the Australian HR Institute, a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and Business, an Associate Degree in Project Management from Swinburne University of Technology, and a First Class Honours degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, along with a Bachelor of Science from Murdoch University.
