Shivani Nadarajah

Shivani Nadarajah currently serves as Senior Director of Human Resources at Cytiva since June 2020, with a dual role as Americas Commercial and Global Services HR Business Partner. Prior to this position, Shivani held various roles at GE Renewable Energy, including Senior Employee Human Resources Manager and Global Commodity Leader for Tower Internals, managing supplier contracts and executing global commodity strategies. Shivani also gained experience as a Project Manager in Business Development at GE Power & Water, where leadership resulted in significant cost savings and operational efficiency improvements. As a comedian and improviser since May 2013, Shivani incorporates a unique background of Canadian-Sri Lankan heritage and Southern upbringing into performances. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Auburn University.
