Duncan M. Pindar has a diverse background in various industries and roles. Duncan M. began their career at Strachan Shipping Company as a Vice President from August 1977 to January 1988. Duncan M. then joined Southstar Holdings, Inc. as President and served in that role from 1988 to January 2014. In 1995, they took on the position of President and COO at Terminal Investment Corporation (TICO/Terminal Services) and held it until January 2005. Pindar then became an Adjunct Professor in the Department of History at Armstrong Atlantic State University from August 2011 to February 2014.
