Operations and Production Team

The Operations and Production Team at TICO is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing and distribution processes of terminal tractors and trailers. This includes ensuring safety standards, managing materials and inventory, planning production schedules, and implementing efficient operational systems. By coordinating closely with terminal managers and safety directors, the team ensures the seamless execution of operational activities, maintaining high-quality standards and adherence to TICO's core values of Priorities, Integrity, and Quality.
