Todd Copeland

Todd Copeland is a Senior Scientist at Ticom Geomatics, with a focus on Java and C/C++ development of geo-location products and technologies for the US intelligence community since October 2008. Prior to this role, Todd served as a Senior Software Developer at Pervasive Software, where responsibilities included Eclipse RCP-based application development and Java library development from March 2003 to September 2008. Todd also worked as a Senior Product Development Engineer at Legerity, contributing to the development of software and hardware tools for lab automation and customer demonstration of telecom front-end analog chipsets from August 2000 to February 2003. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Product Development Engineer at AMD, focused on lab tool development for CODEC validation from January 1998 to July 2000. Todd holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Harding University.
