Product Manager - User Experience at Tic:Toc Home Loans

Jamie Esterman has a diverse work experience in the field of experience design and management.

From November 2021, Jamie has been serving as the Head of Experience at Tic:Toc, where they lead the Experience Design function, including Customer Experience, User Experience, and Design Systems. In addition, they contribute to the Product Management space, helping the business strategize and prioritize its efforts.

Prior to their current role, Jamie worked as a Product Design Leader at Tic:Toc starting from October 2020 until November 2021. In this position, they were responsible for delivering exceptional customer and user experiences across the Tic:Toc product suite, from research and strategy to design and implementation. They also played a leading role in the development and launch of the SaaS lending software, XAI Validate.

Before joining Tic:Toc, Jamie spent over 11 years at Atomix, starting as a Creative Director in July 2008 and continuing until May 2019. During this tenure, Jamie successfully combined their graphic design background with technical skills, enabling them to not only visualize design concepts but also understand the logistical and technical aspects of implementation. They managed numerous projects, including over 100 websites, apps, and products, and played a key role in project management and team leadership at Atomix.

Jamie's work experience also includes a role as a Website Manager & Designer at Inspirations Magazines and Books from May 2003 to July 2008.

Jamie Esterman attended Pulteney Grammar School from 1992 to 1999, where they obtained a South Australian Certificate of Education with a focus on Graphic Design. In addition to their formal education, Jamie has also obtained certifications such as "Dive into Design Sprints" from the Design Sprint Academy in October 2018 and "Inbound" from HubSpot in July 2016. They also have a certification in "Growth-Driven Design" from HubSpot, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
