Drew Sementa

Drew Sementa is the founder of Tidal Commerce. Drew has also served as a strategic advisor for pHat Bottom Labs and as the CEO and founder of Premier Interactive Solutions.

Sementa's career began with the development of a credit card software that would put a consumer's credit, branded, debit, store-specific, gift, and loyalty cards onto one card, the E-wallet. The software would use the card that maximized the programs available on those cards. Sementa worked with the co-founder to conceptualize their product, hire a CTO, and assemble a remote team of four developers in India. They raised $950,000 in seed funding but unfortunately competing E-wallets that raised more initial funding flooded the marketplace and forced them to close the business.

In 2003, Sementa founded Premier Interactive Solutions. The company provided software development services to businesses in a variety of industries. They experienced success and grew to a team of over 100 employees before Sementa sold the company in 2010.

After a brief stint as a strategic advisor for pHat Bottom Labs, Sementa founded Tidal Commerce in 2012. Tidal Commerce is a software development company that specializes in developing eCommerce platforms for businesses. The company has been successful and has helped numerous businesses grow their online presence.

Drew Sementa has a degree in finance from the University of Central Florida and diplomas from both Admiral Farragut Academy and Fenwick.
