Rajeev Singh - Molares

Rajeev Singh-Molares is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology, venture capital, and logistics. Currently serving as a Partner at Tidal Partners and Co-Founder & Managing Partner at ALMA MUNDI VENTURES, which focuses on technology and digital innovation, Rajeev has played a significant role in launching specialized funds for Insurtech. Previously, Rajeev held leadership positions at various companies including Chairman of Babelus, Board Member for RubiconMD and Returnly (both of which were successfully acquired), and CEO of DHL Global Forwarding EMEA, where oversight was given to operations across 60+ countries with revenues exceeding $5 billion. Rajeev’s earlier roles include senior positions at Alcatel-Lucent, where leadership was provided across the Asia Pacific region, and serving as Global Director & Senior Partner at Monitor Group. Rajeev holds an MA in International Affairs and Business from Yale University and a BSFS in International Relations from Georgetown University.
