Lauren Breynaert

Lauren Breynaert is an accomplished leader in public policy and government affairs, currently serving as the Policy & Government Affairs Director at Tidal Vision since March 2025, where the focus is on innovative chitosan solutions to combat pollution challenges. Prior to this role, Lauren co-founded the U.S. Biochar Coalition and held the position of Public Affairs Director at Myno Carbon Corp, emphasizing strategic partnerships and policy advocacy. Additional experience includes strategic consulting for Just Transition Strategies LLC and coalition leadership for the Climate Alliance for Jobs and Clean Energy, managing outreach and fundraising efforts. Educationally, Lauren earned a Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Environmental Policy from Occidental College.
