Paul Ducharme

Paul DuCharme is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Advisor at Tidal since May 2024, collaborating closely with CEO Rajesh Jadhav on talent strategy and employee engagement. Prior to Tidal, Paul held the position of Senior Vice President People at BrightInsight, working with Co-Founder Kal Patel on similar people-centric initiatives. Paul's previous experience includes serving as Chief People Officer at Rally Health, where responsibilities encompassed diverse HR functions, and at Apigee, contributing to its growth and IPO as Chief People Officer. Early career roles include Director of Human Resources and Compensation at Lockheed Martin. Paul holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University at Albany and a BA in Psychology from Siena University.
