Ferdinand Scully

Ferdinand Scully has extensive experience in healthcare contracting and provider relations. Ferdinand currently holds the role of Senior Director Managed Care at TidalHealth. Prior to this, they were the Director of Payor/Partner Contracting at Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) from 2022 to 2023. From 2017 to 2022, Scully worked as the Director of Payor Contracting at Parkview Health System, where they were responsible for strategic implementation of reimbursement goals. Ferdinand also served as the Director of Contracting/Market Lead at Cigna Health Care from 2015 to 2016 and as a Hospital Contracting Manager at Kaiser Permanente from 2013 to 2015. Scully started their career at Independence Blue Cross as a Manager, Provider Contracting from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they worked at United Health Care as a Director Hospital Contracting and at Well Point/Empire BCBS as a Director of Contracting and Provider Relations.

Ferdinand Scully's education history begins in 1974 when they attended John F Kennedy High School and graduated in 1977. After completing high school, they attended Rowan College at Burlington County from 1987 to 1989, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Psychology. Subsequently, from 1989 to 1992, Scully pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology at Rowan University. Lastly, they graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Eastern University, completing their studies from 1999 to 2001.
