Lori Lee

Lori Lee is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and workforce development. Currently serving as the Workforce Development Manager at TidalHealth since February 2022, Lori previously held the position of Assistant VP of Nursing at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital from 2006 to February 2022, overseeing quality initiatives and the integration of electronic medical records. Additionally, Lori managed the daily operations of a 9-bed ICU as the Sr. Director of Nursing/ICU at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital. Lori's nursing career began at Loris Community Hospital as a Staff Nurse in the ICU, where foundational skills in critical care and telemetry were developed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Nursing from Tidewater Community College.
