Tres Pelot

Tres Pelot has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1997, Tres worked as a Lead Respiratory Therapist at the National Institutes of Health for five years. In 2002, they transitioned to the role of Director of Respiratory Therapy at Nanticoke Health Services. Over time, Tres took on increasing responsibilities, including serving as the Senior Director of Therapy Services and Wellness, Assistant VP of Clinical Services, and VP of Clinical Services. In 2018, Tres was promoted to Vice President of Operations at Nanticoke Health Services. In 2020, Tres joined TidalHealth and took on the role of Senior Director of Operations at Tidal Health Medical Partners. They have recently been appointed as the Chief Administrative Officer for TidalHealth Medical Partners.

Tres Pelot obtained a Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from Salisbury University, completing their education from 1989 to 1993.
