Sarah Appleton

Sarah Appleton is a fractional executive focusing on strategy, people, and change. They served as an Interim Trading Director and later as Transformation Director at Majestic Wine from 2018 to 2019, where they led key business change projects. With extensive experience at Sainsbury's from 2013 to 2015, they held various leadership roles, including Head of Supply Chain, where they drove significant cost benefits and operational improvements across the business. Additionally, Sarah has worked as an Independent Consultant since 2020, offering strategic commercial and HR advice, and is currently pursuing an MEng/MA at the University of Cambridge.
