Sarah Sundrup has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and industries. Sarah first worked at Biggs Hypermarket, where they started as a cashier and eventually became a Frontlines Manager responsible for cashiers, customer service desk, pricing, and third shift employees. Sarah then worked at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions, initially as a Nursing Service Specialist providing customer service to nursing integrated testing accounts and later as an Area Service Director managing operational and service aspects of multiple centers. After that, they joined Area Wide Protective as a Facilities Manager overseeing facility operations, purchasing, sales and advertising, customer retention, and employee management. Sarah then worked at BrightView Landscapes as an Account Manager, serving as the primary contact for clients, conducting client meetings, and focusing on sales and customer care. Sarah continued their career at Block by Block as the Director of Ambassador Services, responsible for ensuring clean and safe services for Downtown Cincinnati. Most recently, they joined Tide Cleaners as a Project Manager and Assistant Director, responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing technical projects.
Sarah Sundrup attended Miami University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Management/Business. Sarah later returned to Miami University in 2015 and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, General in 2016.
