Shravan Jha

Shravan Jha is an experienced professional in chargeback and risk operations, currently serving as the Manager Chargeback at Tide since October 2023. Previously, Shravan held various roles at PayU from December 2012 to October 2023, including Associate Director, Sr. Manager Risk Operations, Manager Risk Operations, and Chargeback Specialist. Prior to that, Shravan worked at PayCommerce Inc. as a Sr. Executive Chargeback Operations and began a career at HDFC Bank as an Operations Specialist from May 2007 to July 2012. Shravan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from CM Art College - LNMU Darbhanga, completed between 2003 and 2006, along with an Intermediate of Commerce degree from the same institution from 2001 to 2003, and a 10th grade education from KDKN High School in 2001.
