Venelin Dimitrov

Venelin Dimitrov has a diverse work experience in the field of business intelligence and consulting. Venelin is currently working at Tide as a Business Intelligence Team Lead since July 2021. Prior to Tide, they worked as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at Tide from May 2020 to June 2021. Before joining Tide, they worked at Naxex Technological Development Ltd. as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer from July 2017 to May 2020. Venelin also worked at Ewals Logistics Control as a Business Intelligence Lead for a brief period from January 2017 to June 2017. Venelin Dimitrov gained significant experience as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at Balkan Services from April 2014 to December 2016. Venelin started their career at Microinvest Software Company as a Senior Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant from June 2011 to April 2014, where they focused on business process analysis, implementation, project management, and training. Venelin also worked as an Accountant at BTB Logistic from November 2010 to June 2011.

Venelin Dimitrov completed their Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Economics - Varna in the years 2005-2008. Venelin then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same university, which they completed in the years 2005-2010. Venelin further pursued their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Economics - Varna in the years 2010-2012.

In addition to their academic achievements, Venelin also holds several certifications. Venelin obtained a Lean Fundamentals Certification from the Lean Project Management Foundation in February 2022. In December 2020, they completed the "Getting Started with LookML" certification offered by Looker. In January 2018, Venelin earned the Scrum Fundamentals Certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Venelin also holds Lean Six Sigma White Belt and Yellow Belt certifications, which they acquired from Ewals Logistics Control in March 2017.
