Previous roles include Applications Software Engineer at NCR Corporation's Hospitality Division and Embedded Software Engineer at Tidel Engineering. Earlier career highlights consist of managing financial systems at QualStaff Resources, independent IT consulting for State Street Corporation, and enhancements to drug testing software at Quest Diagnostics. Educationally, Elisa holds a BS in Computer Science with a minor in Accounting from LSU Shreveport and has completed several continuing education programs in networking and embedded software engineering.
