Amanda Icatar, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in benefits administration, employee relations, and recruitment. Currently serving as Manager of Benefits and Absence at Tidelands Health since April 2018, Amanda has previously held roles including Senior Benefits Analyst, Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Generalist. Prior to Tidelands Health, Amanda worked at Health Wright Products and Powell Veterinary Clinic, focusing on HR administration, onboarding, payroll management, and compliance training. Amanda began the professional journey at Robert Half as Front Office Coordinator, where contributions included recruitment support and administrative tasks.
