Christeen Cornell MSN, RN, NE-BC, CCM serves as the Assistant Director of Clinical Integration at Tidelands Health since December 2019, also previously holding the title of Manager of Chronic Care Operations. Prior roles at AtlantiCare included Director of Advanced Illness Management, overseeing palliative care and advance care planning services, and Director of Clinical Transformation, where responsibilities involved analyzing data to enhance cost, quality, and patient experience while supporting population health initiatives. Additional experience at AtlantiCare encompassed managerial and nursing positions, including the development of a medical home nurse care manager program and bedside consultations in various specialties. Education includes a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Drexel University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jefferson Health, and an Associate of Applied Science from Atlantic Cape Community College. Christeen Cornell is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Healthcare Leadership at the University of South Carolina.
