Kathy Harper Dowling

Kathy Harper Dowling currently serves as the Director of Employee Health Services and Employee Safety Officer at Tidelands Health since July 2005, overseeing the health services for over 1,600 employees, volunteers, and medical staff. Previously, Kathy worked at InCare Home Health Services as a Patient Care Coordinator from July 2003 to July 2005, focusing on professional marketing and networking for Home Health Care across three counties. Kathy holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina Aiken, along with an additional Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Clemson University.
