Philip Dulberger, MD has had a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Philip began their career as an Anesthesiologist at Community Health Network in 1994 and continued in this role until 2006. In 2006, they joined Indiana University Health as the CEO. During their tenure, they played a significant role in the design and development of a startup hospital and prioritized patient-centered care. Philip held this position until 2013 when they transitioned to Tidelands Health as the Chief Physician Executive and EVP.
Philip Dulberger, MD received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Wabash College. Philip then pursued their medical education at Indiana University School of Medicine, where they earned their MD degree. Following that, they completed an Internship in Transitional Year at Indiana University Health - Methodist Hospital. Subsequently, they joined Duke University's Anesthesiology Residency Program. More recently, Philip pursued further education at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. In addition, they hold a Lean Bronze Certification from the University of Iowa.
