Gloria T. Chen

Gloria T. Chen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global human resources, corporate strategy, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Carnegie Mellon University and a Member of the Board of Directors at The Tech Interactive, Gloria has held multiple leadership roles at Adobe since 1997, including Chief People Officer and EVP of Employee Experience, overseeing talent acquisition and diversity initiatives for approximately 30,000 employees. Gloria has also led strategic growth initiatives and major acquisitions, such as the $3.4 billion acquisition of Macromedia and the $1.8 billion acquisition of Omniture. Prior experience includes roles at McKinsey & Company and Cadence Design Systems, along with advanced degrees from Harvard Business School and Carnegie Mellon University.
